It's slightly sweet and slightly sour, and the side dishes make every bite enjoyable. • The portions are just right, and the side dishes are complete, providing a variety of flavors and variety. Khao Soi Gai • The Khao Soi noodles are chewy and soft, with the crispy fried shallots just right. The coconut milk soup is slightly sweet and creamy, but not overwhelming. The aroma of northern curry powder is distinct. • The chicken is generous, and the soup is incredibly flavorful when paired with the noodles and side dishes.
