Experience the East and West German era at the Speyer Technical Museum

This is a branch of the Sinsheim Automotive and Technical Museum, and the main exhibits here are vehicles and airplanes. The highlight is undoubtedly the Boeing 747, which catches your eye from the outside. Climb the stairs to the plane and be amazed by the interior (as this is a jumbo jet from the two-story era, you can see the second floor of first class!) and the cargo hold, which can only be seen here. In Hall 2, you can sit in an economy class seat that has been removed from the plane, and you can feel nostalgic from the buttons on the armrests and the atmosphere. You can also see a real BF109G-4 aircraft, which is rare in the world. You can't miss being able to see it. Of course it's a restored model, but seeing the real thing is satisfying. This museum is recommended for airplane and space fans, but the overall volume is inferior to Sinsheim, so it's best to go just as an additional attraction. The IMAX Dome is impressive, but it hurts your neck and makes it hard to see, and the 3D in Sinsheim is easier to see. The regular price of 22 euros is really expensive, but if you have either admission ticket, you can get a discount, so don't forget to keep it or take it with you #solotravel #airplanemuseum #airplanelover #Speyer #Sinsheim
