🍛 Kare-sama @ Q2 Waterfront

Address: 3-G-07, Queens Residences Q2, Persiaran Bayan Indah, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang As soon as we stepped into the all-new Q2, we knew we had to give this new Japanese curry place a try! Not only do they serve curry, they also have other Japanese delights, such as donburi. We ordered Tori Mo Mo Katsu curry with tornado omelette - one with normal curry, another with salted egg curry. The chicken was superb! Nice and crunchy, and the meat was still juicy too. I thought that the salted egg curry had a bitter taste to it, but my husband loved it. I guess, to each their own taste! We also ordered their chawan mushi, and this was something we both agreed with - it was not as smooth and custardy as we would like it to be. Perhaps, a tad bit too long in steaming it. We'll definitely come back again to try their Mala curry. Wonder if we will like it though! Rating (out of 5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
