It's the Pyramid of the Earth. You can get there by cable car-train-bus from Bolzano. Get off the bus and follow the signs on the road. Opening hours are 24 hours, but you have to go before the sun sets because it's not visible when it gets dark. It's a strange Pyramid of the Earth that wasn't made by humans :)
