We were treated to a feast of flavors, with each dish more mouth-watering than the last. One of the highlights of our meal was the coconut flower alcohol, a unique and refreshing drink that tasted remarkably similar to 100 Plus. It paired perfectly with the seafood, enhancing the overall dining experience. The fried sotong was another standout dish. While it may have looked ordinary, the flavors were anything but. The crispy exterior gave way to tender, flavorful squid that was cooked to perfection. Overall, our drive to Jit Yue Hiong Seafood was well worth it. The scenic views along the way were a bonus, but the real treat was the delicious seafood and unique drinks that awaited us at our destination.
