One of the Best Shawarmas in Kampong Glam

Address - 14 Bussorah Street Singapore Shawarma is one of my dad’s favorite food and one of his requests during his visit over the yuletide season is to eat an authentic Shawarma here in Singapore. I decided to try Byblos Grill as I’ve seen it pop up during my “research” on which resto to try in Kampong Glam since we’d stay in a hotel near that area. We ordered the following: - hummus with bread - spinach and cheese borek - chicken shawarma - grilled kofte - adana chicken kebab (not in pic) Everything was delicious! We especially liked their lavash bread which goes so well with the meze - so much so we had a second helping!
