Recommended hotel in Singapore: The Westin Singapore

When I go to Singapore, I always have a lot of trouble deciding on a hotel. There are many basic hotels with heritage, and the Ritz-Carlton, which has the world's best view and service, is also attractive in Sentosa Island and Clarke Quay... For this trip, I chose the Westin Singapore, which was just okay. The advantage here is that it's not too far to walk to Chinatown or Marina Bay (it takes about 15 minutes, but you can feel the Singaporean atmosphere and find many good restaurants while walking). The room is completely made of glass, so the view is disappointing, but the open feeling is so nice. The room I stayed in was a deluxe room, and I ate at a restaurant inside the hotel, whose name I don't remember, and the price was cheap and great. The lobster was about 30 SGD.
