Yan Ting at St Regis Address - 29 Tanglin Road, level 1U Avg. Price per Person - 40 onwards Rating - 5/5 The restaurant was full so we ordered to be delivered to our room. Ordered the double boiled sea whelk soup and black and white pepper prawn served with vermicelli. Sea whelk soup is great but serving is small. Prawn with vermicelli is a winner! It is so addictive that i cant stop eating. Prawns were also fresh. Only issue was the food took an hour to arrive.
