Instead, in order to get to this place, guests need to arrange for a buggy transfer ride at the concierge desk, which could involve some waiting time. Upon reaching here, we were warmly greeted by the counter staff, who offered us ginger tea. The facilities include hot pools and two swimming pools. The mud pool was closed during our visit as it was the pandemic. However, the place does need some sprucing up.
