This is a standalone building painted in blue so it will be difficult to miss. When you get to the entrance, you will notice that there are 2 slots for book return. Just slot the books in and you will hear a beep sound to acknowledge each book drop. You will be greeted by a huge Courtesy Bear statue at the gantries. As you move further in, you will see there are the borrowing machines and also computers there to assist you with your book search.
