She keeps telling me the fried chicken is definitely much better and tastier than the biggest fried chicken restaurant in Singapore. There’s currently some promotions going on so let’s go. Ordered the 2-piece set meal and top up with the current promotional mango-peach pie. The chicken is indeed yummy. Well fried without the bloodied liquid from those which were fried too quickly. Even the meat is tasty, probably better marinated. I’m a converted fan now. We didn’t order the side dish of fried rice/spaghetti which is a common food accompaniment in the Filipino diet. The restaurant ambience is indeed typical of a fast food joint but you’ll feel you are in the Philippines. Can hear Tagalog all around you. If you miss going to the Philippines, going to Jollibee is a cheap way to have that experience amongst the Filipino community. They have 14 outlets across the island.
