Address - Symmetry cafe 9 Jalan Kubot, #01-01 Singapore 199206 Ambiance/Facilities - Was seated outside which was quite cramped as there was not much space to walk and a lot of plants Review - Went on a Saturday afternoon and lucky we made reservations cause they were fully booked. Tried their brunch menu, Symmetry Breakfast and Symmetry Eggs Benedict. I felt that the egg Benedict was overwhelming with flavour as the bacon bits were maple-glazed and the mushroom & onion duxelles was very mushroomy which I felt overall did not go very well together. Signature breakfast was average with a twist of smoked salmon mousse which I’m not quite sure worked for me. Guacamole was delicious. Avg. Price per Person - $35/pax Rating - 1/5 (might not be suited to my taste but might suit others as the cafe is quite highly raved)
