Where one can see the beautifully man made structures and craftsmanship showcasing the different altars and gods. Head to Kwan Im Thong Hood which was established in 1884 but was being reconstructed in 1985. Learn about the different deities being enshrined, the history behind this temple. There is also an Indian temple called Sri Krishnan Temple located just 50m away from the Chinese temple. This Indian temple is a national monument of Singapore which was established in 1870. This temple is known for its celebration of both deepavali and Krishna Jayanthi. Also beautiful sculptured with deities on the outside of the temple. Also to add, there are alot of vendors selling flowers for worship where you could get to just have some blessings from the temples.
