Great Italian Food at Prego Fairmont Hotel

When you’re in a mood for a gastronomic experience at a Italian restaurant, visit Prego at Fairmont Hotel! 🍝 After we were seated at the table, there was complimentary warm focaccia served with vinegar in olive oil for you to dip your bread in. I tried the 3 course set with mushroom soup, chose the spinach and potato gnocchi and chose a baked lime custard tart with honey jelly and meringue. Also, I ordered a signature set so that I can try the burrata and it also comes with maine lobster angel hair paste and parma ham wrapped cod fish.
