Delicious fish soup

Address - Milkfish Restaurant, Raffles City Shopping Centre, 252 North Bridge Road, B1-44F, Singapore 179103 Situated at basement one of Raffles City Shopping Centre, Milkfish Restaurant is well-known for its slow-cooked seafood soup base with no MSG and no preservatives! It was really crowded when my husband and I got there around 1.30pm despite it later than the usual lunch hour. But it was pretty worth the wait. The soup was really very flavourful, I can only imagine the amount of work that went into it. The fish was soft yet firm to the touch and the fried chicken was super tasty. Only thing was that it was a little expensive but for such quality in town, it’s worth a try!
