You can go up directly to this alley from the external escalator via the side facing Peninsula Plaza. Delibowl offers authentic Sichuan cuisine in a unique fast food concept. Check out their signatures which include Stir-Fried Tofu in Hot Sauce, Sichuan Style Fried Eggplant, Kou Shui Chicken etc. Both spicy and non spicy dishes are available so fret not. Now ordering is quite easy via the Self Ordering Menu Panel. You have the option of going ala carte with rice or take on a set meal which comes with a soup and a side dish. Try their homemade drinks like milk tea, lemon tea and even barley etc, served in a pouch. I tried the Double-Cooked Marinated Beef Slices set @ $10.90 this round. Even though this is fast food style, you may need to wait for a while during peak hours. Worth the wait though as overall, this spicy dish which is wok stir fried with tender beef slices, fermented beans, green capsicum and Sichuan peppercorns, was certainly very hot and savoury to my liking. A scrumptious meal indeed, the taste of which is very near to authentic Sichuan cuisine. Another worthy dish is the classic Mapo Tofu set @ $9.90 with silken tofu cubes, minced chicken, fermented beans, soya beans and Sichuan peppercorns. A true blue, savoury Sichuan favourite that goes down well with lots of rice lol.
