The one cultural thing that bonds Singaporeans together is that we love to eat (other than queuing for trendy things and Hello Kitty merchandise). Satay by the Bay is a one stop area for all those visitors to Singapore to take in all the cultural and most importantly delicious local delights such as Sambal stingray, Frog Porridge, Singapore styled pork rib soup Bak Kut Teh, Soy sauce fried noodle Char Kway Teow and not forgetting the entire point of this post, Chicken/pork/mutton barbecue grilled meat Satay. Wash down your meal with a refreshing ice cold Sugarcane juice, there is simply no words to describe such feelings.
