I’ve walked this route a few times and honestly, it’s great whether you go in the morning or evening — plenty of shade, so it’s never too hot. ☀️🌳 Route highlights: Start at Buona Vista (near Exit A) → pass through Holland Village → King Albert Park → near Beauty World → Hume → Hillview → Cashew → finish near Bukit Panjang → or extend to Mandai Road if you like. Distance & Duration: About 13 km total (Buona Vista to Bukit Panjang is ~9 km) — takes roughly 2.5 hours to walk at a relaxed pace. Why I recommend: The scenery along the way is lovely (check out pics 3-10 for the views in order), and the route isn’t too long or exhausting. Best part? The Bukit Panjang area has tons of food spots to reward yourself after the walk! Hillion Mall & Junction 10 malls nearby have plenty of dining choices. If you want a detour, you can also head to Bukit Timah to hike — another awesome nature escape!
