☀️ Day in Singapore: A day in the sparkling city

#Southeast Asia Guide 🛏 Departure from the accommodation! Today is going to be a sparkling day I feel good from the morning. As soon as I open the curtains, sunlight comes in through the floor, and a feeling of ‘today is going to be something special’ floats in the air. I prepare briefly at the accommodation, lightly carry a camera, and set off. The destination is a place that everyone knows, Marina Bay Sands Shopping Mall. ⸻ 🛍 Marina Bay Sands Shopping Mall: A luxurious eye-catching time I am immediately impressed as soon as I enter the mall. The sparkling stores, people walking elegantly, and the air conditioner wind cools my face. Dior, Prada, Saint Laurent… Just looking at them makes me feel slightly buoyant. After walking for a while, I find a familiar logo. Basha Coffee! The exotic interior and strong coffee scent make it impossible to just pass by. ⸻ ☕ A cup of coffee at Basha Coffee I order a cup of coffee with a pleasant vanilla scent and sit down. The cup is so pretty, and the coffee smells luxurious. Outside the window, luxurious people are walking busily, and here, I am enjoying the privilege of being a traveler with this coffee. Coffee that you drink at a travel destination is always a little more special. ⸻ 🍰 A cup of tea and a bite of a madeleine at TWG After looking around the mall further, I went into the TWG tea salon. With golden teacups and straight servers, it is a space that perfectly fits the word ‘tea time’. I had a cup of mellow Dazzling and a madeleine. The outside was slightly crispy, and the inside was fluffy. The moment I took a bite of the madeleine while holding the teacup, I felt like I was in another world for a moment. A piece of luxurious afternoon complete. ⸻ 🌿 Gardens by the Bay – Between imagination and reality I left the mall and headed to Gardens by the Bay. The humid air slightly hit my cheek, but the feeling of walking among the lush plants was quite healing. But today is a little different than usual. The Chinese garden exhibition is in full swing, and there’s even a special exhibition of the movie ‘Avatar’! Passing through the colorful sculptures, I felt like I had entered a forest in a movie. The glass dome was filled with blue-tinged flora, and it was so beautiful that I wanted to get lost in the garden. In particular, the ‘Avatar’ exhibition really made me feel like I was in Pandora. This is something you really have to see with your own eyes to get a feel for it, not just in photos. ⸻ 🌌 Supertree Show – The time when the city’s night shines The sun had already set, and the long-awaited Supertree Show had begun. A nighttime performance where music and light were perfectly combined. Artificial trees tens of meters high danced to the rhythm, changing colors. I sat among the people quietly lying down and watching, and looked up at the sky. Thrilling. I can’t explain it in words. Just, ecstasy. ⸻ 🌉 Marina Bay Sands Riverside – A walk in the night view After the show, I turned around and went to the riverside in front of Marina Bay Sands. The wind was a little cool, and the city lights were twinkling. The skyline on the other side flowed over the water, and I walked quietly along the river. The night of this city was more ‘delicate’ than ‘gorgeous.’ I took a few pictures and turned off my phone. I just wanted to capture this sparkle in my eyes. ⸻ ✍️ One line of the day A day in Singapore was filled with light, scent, and surprise.
