peranakan food

The fusion of cultures is spot on – dishes are crafted with finesse, from inventive starters like Kueh Pie Tee, Boston Lobster, and Charcoal Grilled Bangus Belly Satay to delightful desserts such as Mango Puffed Rice, Peanut Butter Kaya Toast, and Orange Sugee Cake. The flavours are well-balanced, and the attention to detail is evident in the presentation. The pork satay were very tender and flavorful and the crab curry had more crab meat than curry which is surprising to say the least. Lastly the dessert kueh salat is both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. The price came out to around $140 which is not so bad for a special experience. #singaporeguide#thingstodo
