If you’re a resident in the East, you should be familiar with The Social Outcast and their mouth-watering burgers. Just a few months ago, the team moved operations from a hawker stall to a full-fledged restaurant in The Grandstand, dishing out the full works! 🙌🏻 The space adopts an open-air concept, likely because of all the glorious smoke coming out from their kitchen. 🤤 Watching the charcoal grill oven at work was a sight to behold. We’ve got to put it out there - every single thing we had surpassed our expectations, and our standards are high. The 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝘀 is the ‘fall-off-the-bone’ kind of experience, with the meat so tender and flavourful (mind you, this is beef we’re talking about). 🐄 The 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗽𝘀 is super rich from the buttery taste that’s elevated by the dashi butter. 🧈 The 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗺 𝗫 pizza has a distinct shitake umami with a slightly spicy kick. 🌶 #singaporetrip#food
