Supernova Cafe Singapore

The cafés under their belt all have names that are tied to astronomical elements; supernova being an explosion caused by a dying star. Well, we’re sure this star is far from dying, as they hit full capacity just an hour into their opening on Sunday. ✨The space follows a rustic contemporary style with some modern Victorian elements. One dish that was highly raved by many is the 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁. Homemade garlic butter is added on top the fried chicken, intensifying the juiciness and heavenly flavour. 🥹 The toast is a bit too chewy for our liking, would love something fluffier. Instead of just regular maple syrup, they added chilli to it, which is the first we’ve tried and we’re hooked. 🍗 There’s a ton of items on the menu that sounded pretty awesome like the 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴𝘀 and 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿.
