Fresh Japanese buffet at Dorsett Hotel Sg

Address - Dorsett Hotel ground floo#foodie Pre-purchase 10% off this Japanese buffet weekend dinner on Chope($58/pax) and arrived at 6pm. We were served and seated promptly though to note drinks and dessert is not inclusive in the buffet. All the Sashimi cuts was thick & fresh(tuna, swordfish, yellowtail, salmon, tako),maki and sushi variety were wide and delicious too. Also ordered appetizers like the👍🏻 truffle infused chawamushi, gyoza, fried tofu. Grilled items loves e👍🏻 grilled fish head, shisamo, beef cubes,pork yakiniku while fried food like prawn Tempura, Gyoza was all well-executed as well. We finished off the Sumptuous jap meal with sweet light broth of the pork/beef shabu and wash all the food down with the rich fragrant sakura tea. Definitely one of better quality mid priced range jap buffet in sg with fresh sashimi and well food execution. Left the restaurant feeling stomach-fulfilling but calories worthy! ##
