This is probably the first time we’re going to Havelock for a new opening! A new all-day dining concept with quality coffee and wine has just opened their doors in Furama Riverfront. The concept is founded by the two friends Charlene and Denise, who also runs @maxi.coffeebar. 👏🏻 Interior-wise, we’re loving the modern aspect of the design, filled with neutral-toned wood-lined fixtures. Smart of them to install curtains for the windows as we'll, allowing natural light to pass through in the day, and a more intimate vibe at night. ☀️ The most spectacular feature in the shop is the curved bar counter where guests can wine and dine while interacting with the team. The shop is still in their soft launch phase; therefore, they’re still experimenting with the menu. @ahmirarshad from @betweenbunssg is helming the kitchen for now. 🍔 They strongly recommended his Prawn Sando, and we couldn’t resist after smelling the deep-fried aroma from the outside! The ebi patty is so thick and juicy, with a light batter for a good crunch. The chilli aioli has a mild spice and subtle fermented taste. As expected from Maxi Coffee, the White is great too with a bright taste profile and nutty finish. Can’t wait to be back for their night service! #singaporetrips#food
