Glacier Cafe Singapore

Glacier is the new addition to the Jalan Besar-Lavender district, the neighbourhood that is home to popular coffeehouses like Apartment, Chye Seng Huat and Lucid! Throwback to a decade ago here when white minimalist interiors were all the rage with their clean white decors and a touch of botanicals to add some life! 🌱 Brought by the same team behind Onalu, the menu this time is more concise, serving only 6 all-time café favourites that just can’t go wrong. But their signature is definitely the 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗪𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 which looks like the ones from your traditional bakery in the heartlands, except with chewy mochi goodness hidden inside! 🍡 We had quite enough of ice cream (see our previous posts 😂), so nope, 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 it is. First thought: there’s a lot going on in our plate, but we love it! The banana is nicely caramelised, adding a nice toffee sweetness.
