the staff was very kind to give me one for one discount near the closing time:) i kept all the pastries overnight so perhaps the texture might’ve changed.. it’s def better to eat it fresh!! the rose pistachio croissant was huuuuge and i love the cream on top, a compliment coming from someone who usually dislikes cream:”) the cream was not too sweet but rich and luscious, and it complemented the nutty pistachio paste inside that i approve of :D however, i left the pastry overnight so the croissant got soggy and not crispy at all… even when i first bought it, the texture couldve been flakier. the kouign amann missed the spot for me… i reheated it the next day and it was super limp and soggy, p hard to chew. i felt that the flavour was average too and the sugar glaze made it messy to eat. the interior layers of pastry were buttery and soft though so that’s a redeeming point. #singaporetrip#cafe
