Tsuta - Michelin Starred Ramen

#moreinsg Address: 313 Orchard Rd, Level 1, 313@Somerset Singapore 238895 Finally tried the world's first Michelin Starred Ramen, Tsuta Japanese Dining at the 313 Somerset outlet. Besides ramen, you can also find a lot of other Japanese dishes such as rice bowls (Don), sushi (maki rolls), salad & greens, tonkatsu, & other sides. Similar to the ramen, the other dishes are also cooked with no MSG or artificial flavouring as per the belief of the founder Chef Yuki Onishi. Tried the signature Premium Truffle Shoyu Soba (selected the light with lower salt content), Teriyaki Chicken Bao & their Mandarin Orange Black Tea. It's really not as salty as the other ramen I had eaten before. The tea comes in a small pot with a very small cute teacup. Love the fragrance of the tea. There's a lot other interesting ramen (crab ramen 🍜) of which I hope to try the next time. The 313 outlet is very convenient and easy to spot as it's just opposite one of the Somerset mrt entrance.
