The hotel is in a prime location, less than a 5-minute walk from City Hall MRT Station and Raffles City Shopping Centre, and only a 10-minute drive from the Orchard Road shopping district. There are also many museums and cultural districts around the hotel, making it ideal for both leisure and business trips. In addition to its excellent location, Raffles Hotel is also worth mentioning for its interior decoration. The renovated hotel retains its original European classical architectural style and incorporates modern high-tech facilities. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the check-in process is efficient. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was immediately drawn to the elegant white walls and dark wood floors, which exude a low-key luxury that makes you feel like you've traveled back in time. The rooms are very spacious, with all the modern amenities you could need, and offer beautiful garden views. The hotel staff provide multilingual services, which is very thoughtful. Upon entering the room, the first thing you notice is the spacious and comfortable environment. The bedding is very soft and gives you a sense of belonging, the snacks and soft drinks in the mini bar are free, and the turndown service doesn't miss a detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the chocolate prepared for the kids, and the welcome drink was delicious. Each room is equipped with a modern control system that is easy to use and practical. The bathroom facilities in the room are also very new, and the toiletries are all high-end brands, making for a very comfortable stay. There are many attractions and restaurants worth visiting around the hotel. Nearby attractions include the Singapore Flyer, where you can enjoy a bird's eye view of the city from 165 meters above the ground, and even see Malaysia and Indonesia 45 kilometers away. For dining, I recommend trying French cuisine at Loulou-French Cuisine & Wine Bar, which is delicate and exquisite. There's also The Mind Cafe – Mega Outlet, which has a wide variety of board games and delicious snacks, making it perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The only area for improvement might be the breakfast options, as I hope they can add more Chinese options. Some of the staff may need further training, as their service efficiency and professionalism are sometimes lacking. However, overall, Raffles Hotel still provided us with a very pleasant stay.
