The perfect choice of flower to name this contemporary lifestyle space, the Orchid, being the iconic flower of our city-state Singapore, is portrayed in pure white. The stark black and white interior of this villa is excellent for displaying art and artefacts. Starting with a white accented black contemporary carpet placed at the entrance, it is contrasted with highly polished stainless side tables. Completing this first impression is a stunning black and white sculpture. In the dining area, a series of three black ceramic vases with their delicate white orchids points directly to the 18th century antique wooden "naga" finials standing proudly against the window. The main artistic feature of the room is Vibrant Renewal by Eric Chan.
