Second visit to Ginkyo

Ginkyo by Kinki at One Holland is one of the fancy Japanese bar that serves amazing food! This was my second time here and it never disappoints me :) in fact, I was pleasantly surprised by the food today, all the dishes today was amazing!! We were here early so they managed to give us a table without making any reservations. The staffs are super friendly and gave great recommendations as well. We ordered the tempura aubergine and the hot and spicy peppers for side dishes. The tempura aubergine was so good!! So crispy and the best part of it is the dipping sauce, it is a plum sauce that tasted like yuzu? It was just so nice and refreshing. The green pepper was good as well, but it is ok to skip if you prefers something else. My favourite here is the okonomi rosti, it’s really the BEST!! The rosti was so crispy and the sauce was so tasty, it has scallops and bacon too. I would high recommend this if you’re here!! I’ll come back just for this. The hamburger steak was good as well, the special about this dish is the pan fried the rice, I would like it with more sauce, but overall is good as well. Overall we had a good experience here. :)
