A gem for sourdough! 🥖🍞

#winhkflight If you are looking for good sourdoughs, look no further! Check the MICROBakery in Tiong Bahru, which is their newest outlet. We went there around 10 in the morning and it was already crowded ! We ordered a fig and cheese sourdough and a Capresse sourdough. The texture of the bread was great, it’s chewy and bouncy! I personally like the fig and cheese one ! One thing is that the sound circulation isn’t great hence it can get a little too loud! I want to check out Bakehouse in Hong Kong for their egg tarts ! #singapore
