AFFORDABLE OMAKASE FROM $88/PAX!

Stepping into Tempura Udon by Mizuya felt like stumbling upon a hidden gem in the heart of Japan. The cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe instantly transported me to the streets of Tokyo. Opting for the Premium 7 Course ($88/pax) was definitely a good decision. From the briny delight of Hyoga oysters to the melt-in-your-mouth toro sashimi, every dish was a simply so good! The star of the show? The crispy, golden tempura, showcasing Mizuya's commitment to freshness and quality. Also, the mini negitoro ikura uni don was a heavenly combination of textures and tastes. They also provide free homemade seasonal plum wine which paired so well with their menu. If you're seeking an authentic Japanese dining experience in Singapore be sure to give them a shot! #tripstars #thingstodo #freehotelstay
