National Museum of Singapore

A well managed museum that tells the story of Singapore, with well organised exhibits and explanations. The building is beautifully restored with a modern extension hidden at the rear. A superb history of Singapore from ancient times conducted by a very well informed lady who I felt expressed a slightly biased view of Britains colonial past but if you don't mind little verbal flagellation then this is a very enjoyable and informative place to visit. Also the grounds, like everything else in Singapore, are kept in immaculate condition and worth a stroll. #singaporetrip
