Sushiro with the best view

Sushiro at Shaw Wow! Look at the view, you can enjoy sushi and people watching at the same time, kind of reminds of the shinjuku crossing in Tokyo! It’s the first time I had sushiro and this outlet, the waiting time for this place is pretty long, we waited for 45 mins to get a table for 2 but I think it’s worth it! The sushi here somehow tasted really fresh and they belt options were great! This month’s special is Japanese snow crab, so it’s a best time to come here if you’re a crab lover! I ordered a few Swiss op limited editions sushi and we love it, the flaky snow crabs and ikura was the best! I also tried their Tonkatsu ramen with an onsen egg, it was pretty good given it’s only $8.50 for a bowl of ramen 🥹 there are some new items like dango 🍡 and miso ramen that we didn’t get to try cause we were too full. Looking forward to come back to try it!!
