Did you know that for Changi Airport Terminal 4 is also connected via the transit area. But you will need a valid boarding pass for Terminal 4 flight to use this transit bus. There is no need for any boarding pass if you are taking the shuttle bus at the public area. The transit bus to/fro Terminal 4 is located at Terminal 3 Gate C21 and there is an exclusive lift to go to the boarding area.
