National Day buffet

Orchard Hotel was running a special National Day buffet at its main restaurant, The Orchard Cafe! You can find the classic Singaporean best-loved dishes like chilli crab, sambal prawns, laksa and many more. In addition, they have the usual servings of fresh seafood, beef carvery and desserts. Most dishes tasted pretty good but I’d say avoid the beef as it was a little too tough and chewy. I also didn’t quite like the low ceiling as it made the environment feel a tad too compact.
