I decided to go to Hong Lim Food Court the day before, so I did some research and found a very famous Min Jiang Kueh stall there. Name is Granny's Pancake 👍👍 It’s almost lunch time on Thursday. . Need to queue! ! It takes about 10 to 15 minutes Min Jiang Kueh is freshly made! I ate it hot right after I got it! The delicious part is the crushed peanuts, which have just the right sweetness and crunchiness! The lady boss even added peanut butter to each slice, otherwise it would be a bit dry! Personally, I think adding peanut butter adds a lot of points, it is definitely worth a try.
