It started off at its flagship outlet at Kitchener road which has been awarded one Michelin Star. Notwithstanding the fact that other outlets were not awarded this honorable award, their food is equally good. We visited the outlet at Waterway Point and tried their signature Heng Hwa Bee Hoon, Braised Bean Curd with Chinese Cabbage and Deep fried Tenggiri fish and we were all completely blown away. The bee hoon is so fine and soft yet very chewy, completely different from what we always eat. The braised bean curd tasted slightly different but taste so good! The fish is fresh and crispy. Both adults and kids enjoyed the meal alot, we will definitely return to try other dishes which looked incredibly yummy. #singapore #fujiancuisine
