One of the most popular fine dining restaurant in 2023 is Poise, founded by Steve Lancaster, the chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Saint Pierre. I have always been a fan of Saint Pierre, and now I have another option to try. The restaurant just opened last year and specializes in Modern European Fine Dining cuisine. With high-quality ingredients and exquisite plating, it's only a matter of time before it earns its Michelin star. The seven-course Festive Menu for dinner includes luxurious ingredients such as Australian lobster and caviar for the appetizer. The main course is a classic roasted squab, which has a tender and non-gamey taste. However, if you are not fond of pigeon meat, you can opt for the fish course. The dessert is also beautifully crafted, with a wooden box stamped with the Poise logo, containing pistachio cookies and delicate yellow flower-shaped candies.
