Tai Hwa Pock Noodle

Woke up early to walk to eat the famous Michelin-starred pork noodles "Hill Street "Tai Hwa Pork Noodle". Saw in the review that you have to queue up to wait. So I woke up before the shop opened, but when I arrived, there was already a queue. But it was worth waking up early. Dry noodles mixed with a little bit of sour sauce. The ingredients are pork slices, minced pork, liver, meatballs, and dumplings. Eat it with crispy fried fish bones. Sip the soup that comes with it.
