This park is a sight for many Singaporean Man going to Pulau Tekong for the Basic Military Training as it is right next to the SAF Ferry Terminal. There are plenty of BBQ pits and benches for family to barbeques and enjoy the sea breeze. It is also a hot spot for family staying in the east to bring their children children to the playground or play sand by the beach.
