Ancient city of Angkor

Visiting the Angkor ruins was amazing! The temples are huge, especially Angkor Wat—it’s mind-blowing how old everything is. Walking around, you can see how nature and history come together, with trees growing through the ruins and all. It feels like stepping into another world. A tip: it’s really spread out, so try to plan your day. Many options of transportation are available. I just rented a bicycle and rode everywhere myself - that gave me absolute freedom and I could stay at every chosen stop as long as I wanted. One more tip: start early to beat the heat!
