Although the eel costs about $300 per serving, the eel I ate in Hamamatsu was really more plump, and the skin was grilled thin and crispy. It tasted meaty, different from what I usually eat in Hong Kong. It was delicious 😋 After eating, you can go to the nearby Hamana Lake for a stroll or ride a bicycle. Lake Hamana is very large and is the tenth largest lake in Japan. The lake surface is as smooth as a mirror🪞, very beautiful, and you can feel the tranquil atmosphere when you look into the distance.
