｜Taipei. Shilin｜ BON MEINGERDA was another accidental find on the map, and it turned out to be a famous store again 🤣. Unlike the usual impression of gnocchi, the store deliberately uses exotic cooking methods to pair with handmade gnocchi, which is incredibly delicious! The portions are quite large, the gnocchi is very chewy, and the sauce is quite flavorful, which I really like. The marinated braised pork is crispy and I love it, and the beautiful tricolor egg is amazing. Overall, the dishes are very delicate yet reasonably priced.
