The dishes are displayed for selection, so what you see is what you get. The clam and loofah soup is freshly made, with the clams enhancing the freshness and the loofah adding a sweet taste. A bowl of this soup before the meal is refreshing and appetizing. The salt and pepper mantis shrimp with roe is in season, savory and flavorful, so delicious that you'll lick your fingers. The ingredients are fresh, and every shrimp has roe. Chaorong's signature fried rice is dry and fragrant, with each grain of rice distinct. The ham, eggs, and chopped green onions are well-seasoned, making it a delicious and satisfying dish. This long-established restaurant always satisfies my Chaozhou cravings every time I visit.
