Unlike typical hotpot restaurants that require at least two people, this place allows solo dining at individual tables, making it a haven for singles. However, there is a $38 hotpot fee, which is quite reasonable. Regarding the soup bases, there are six options: Chaoshan pot, red oil pot, pickled cabbage, tomato, mushroom soup, and golden soup. I personally recommend the combination of the butter red pot and Chaoshan soup pot in a dual-flavor pot. The Chaoshan soup is lighter and highlights the original taste of the ingredients, while the red pot is spicy with red oil and smooth with butter, catering to different tastes. As for the beef, all beef is freshly cut daily in an open kitchen. They offer high-quality beef cuts that are usually expensive in the market, such as tenderloin, brisket, sirloin, rib fingers, and chuck tender. Freshly cut beef is undoubtedly the best, and the highlight is that it's an unlimited buffet, so you can eat as much as you want! I personally prefer the slightly thicker freshly cut tenderloin, which has just the right amount of fat without being too greasy. The freshly cut chuck tender, with its distinct muscle fibers, is very crunchy. The freshly cut brisket is chewy and gets crunchier the longer it cooks. The freshly cut rib fingers are a rare cut, being both bouncy and chewy! In the teppanyaki section, the chef grills various foods on the spot, such as squid, garlic beef, and skewers. There are also ready-to-eat dishes like steamed dim sum, fried foods, steamed oysters, and braised beef noodles. The cold counter offers dozens of traditional hotpot side dishes. For desserts, there are many homemade options like tofu pudding, brown sugar ice jelly, and shaved ice. The baked cheese durian is particularly enticing, with a more pronounced flavor, sweet and soft texture, and cheese pull. There are also many famous domestic ice creams and popsicles to choose from. As for fruits, there are unlimited supplies of various fresh seasonal fruits, such as passion fruit, watermelon, cantaloupe, and grapes, all sweet and juicy. In terms of drinks, there are dozens of famous domestic soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, as well as homemade sour plum soup and duck shit aroma lemon tea.
