Afternoon Tea with a Beautiful View - Park Hyatt Shenzhen Hotel, Yue Hall

After arriving in Shenzhen, I took a break from my busy schedule and went to the Living Room of Park Hyatt with my colleagues to have a "Fun is Not Over" themed afternoon tea 🫖 in collaboration with the famous British 🇬🇧 century-old perfume brand Penhaligon. Since we were seated on a weekday afternoon, there were not many people dining there, and outside the window we could see the magnificent view of Shenzhen's bustling urban area and Hong Kong's northern New Territories. The dishes have a moderate ratio of salty and sweet, and are exquisitely presented. They use ingredients such as caviar, whiskey, Iberian ham, and they all taste very good. I especially like truffle chicken mousse toast and brandy chocolate pistachio shortbread. For tea, we ordered Taiwan Jinxuan and Earl Grey, and you can tell the quality of the tea.
