The guesthouse consists of 18 independent courtyards, each named after one of Dinghai’s 18 local villages or communities (such as Wengshan, Pengcai, Haishan), with each building carrying the memory of local culture. The exterior continues the Hui-style with horse-head walls, flying eaves, and bluestone pathways, combined with Jiangnan garden landscaping. The minimalist black and white color scheme stands out vividly against the greenery; inside, modern minimalist design is integrated with solid wood furniture, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and open layouts, allowing natural light and mountain views to flow seamlessly indoors. The hotel has a total of 44 rooms distributed across the 18 independent courtyards. Room types include large bed rooms, exquisite large bed rooms, and family rooms. Some rooms feature private courtyards or scenic balconies, with windows opening to lush mountain views or pastoral landscapes.
