Sheffield Tourism｜Visit the majestic Sheffield Cathedral

In the UK, every city seems to have a cathedral, and Sheffield Cathedral is one of them. It is located on the busiest shopping street in the city. It was built in 1850 and can be visited on the way out of the Winter Gardens. There is a souvenir shop at the entrance, no wonder I couldn't find the door at first. The church is free to visit and no reservation is required. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the sculptures, altars, and paintings are all amazing! The internal structure is truly unique. Its towering spire can be seen from a distance. There were local people gathering on the grass at the door. It is worth mentioning that this church was originally a parish church and was upgraded to a cathedral in 1914. What's more, it is one of five Grade I listed buildings in Sheffield. If you come every Sunday, there will be worship activities.
