The journey takes 1.5 hrs, parking costs CNY 5, and the visit lasts 1.5–2 hrs. ⚠️Entry closes at 16:30. ✅If you are traveling directly from Lijiang to Baishuitai, it takes about 3 hrs. The road conditions are also very good, but there is currently no public transportation available. 🏞️Attraction Features: The most distinctive feature of Baishuitai is its unique geological landscape. The entire scenic area is mainly composed of three-level terraces, which are formed by calcium carbonate spring deposits. They are as white as jade, with various shapes, resembling magnificent palaces. In addition, Baishuitai is also the birthplace of several ethnic groups, including the Naxi and Tibetan people, and has a rich ethnic culture. 👏Travel Tips: At Baishuitai, you need to climb stairs for about 20 mins to reach the top of the mountain. The only restroom is next to the visitor center. Since the scenic area is highly dependent on the weather, it appears blue and sparkling when there is sunshine. If it is cloudy or rainy, it will appear yellow or gray.
